  • Processor: the natural or legal person processing personal data on behalf of the Controller.

  • Subscriber: a natural or legal person subscribed to our Service(s) via agreement.
  • User: designated users within the Service(s), including administrators and agents.

Our Service(s) are intended for use by enterprises. Where the Service(s) are made available to an End-User through a Subscriber, that enterprise is the Controller of the End-User’s personal data. End-Users should contact the relevant Subscriber for privacy requests; Subscribers bear sole responsibility for compliance.

Except for registration and authentication data, this Policy does not govern customer data — electronic data, text, messages, communications, or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service(s). That data is governed by our Terms of Service or applicable agreements.

This Policy applies only to our Website(s); if you click on a link to another website, you should read that website’s own privacy policy. Third-party features follow their respective privacy statements.

This Policy does not apply to aggregated statistical summaries that exclude individual identifiers.
